My 18th birthday was last friday and my kits from ehobbies just came. they are a 1/8 32 ford 3n'1, a Mustand Cobra Cobra combo and a 427 Shelby Cobra.
The 32 is HUGE. You can build it as the original, a highboy and a rat rod. The ruler in the pics is 18". the instructions look like a book. the tires are almost 3 1/2 long. the kit even came with cloth seat covers if for the rat rod style.

The Mustang Comba comes with a 69 Mach, a 93 cobra and a 96 cobra convertable. the 93 and 96 only come in the combo so they should be something new around here.

And last is a 427 Shelby Cobra, which i think is also a new kit.

I used to see the Cobra kit all the time a few years ago, it went for about $26 and since I was just starting in on this whole modeling thing, I thought that was too much to pay and passed on it over and over and yeah I'm kicking myself now. I'm currently building the 93 Cobra, a version that came in its own box, for a friend of mine. He stockpiled the 93 Cobras when they first came out and pulled one out still wrapped in plastic and asked me to build his car for him. He's got some cool models, for not even being a builder. Just a collector.

I haven't really done much on the 93 since I posted the pics in the other forum, other than strip the paint, reputty the hood, cut the engine compartment apart, and built the turbo setup and intake....guess I've done more than I remember, I've got pics in the camera, I'll get 'em up as soon as I can! I'll also have progress on the '03 Cobra build and a Lightning I got too excited to put off on. I found the perfect Sonic blue!!

Where did you get the Cobra kit? I wouldn't mind getting one, we don't have enough Fords on display right now (2 Fords, 9 Chevys and 4 Mopars)

whats ur sonic blue, i got a ton ofr friends with 03 and a couple are sonic. i was thinking i might make the 32 sonic blue but it will probably be black. humm i might make all the cobra combos sonic.
I am also planing on turboing the 93, i fell in love with the cars from turbochargedpower.com
I got all the kits from ehobbies.com

I can't remember the name of the color, but it's the same brand nail polish I used on the Viper (Pure Ice). I think Sonic Blue is one of the best colors Ford's ever put on a car; I will one day own a 1:1 Lightning in that color...For now, I just gotta build it :sunglasse

BTW--Happy Birthday! Fords rock!!
