'86 PA Roadster info wanted - New Guy

Looking at an '86 PA Roadster 3.8 FI with 92k miles. Body is dinged, some clear coat peel on trunk lid, but this car could be really cool with some work. They are asking $1000.

Any info about this year/model that I should know, I would appreciate.
First car I ever bought was a '49 Buick straight eight 3 speed stick. That one cost $25.

With only 92k I wouldn't pass it up for nothing!...Any issues that I have run into with my cars like this have not happened until well above 170k...Have a look up under, listen to the sound of the motor and try the transmission, if those things are ok then I say GO!....It sounds like a good deal...
