Maximum allowed speed in each gear ?

hallo everybody !

i need to know the maximum allowed speed in each gear in a5 transmission gearbox in a clio 2003 1.2 16V 5 doors !
i don't have a Tachometer ( RPM ) so i don't really know !
and it's not stated in teh &^$&$ user manual !

is ur tach broken or something? cos it should have one! well i drive a clio 5dr 1.2 16v as well, and i know that redline is 5,500RPM,.. I think 1st gear is about 30mph, I def know 2nd is 50mph, i think 3rd is about 70mph, i know 4th is 90mph, and 5th so far has been 112mph haha... sorry for the vague figures but i never redline in 1st, or 3rd, only rarely! hope this helps. Just remember this engine doesn't have a rev limiter so becareful!

no i don't have one because i have this strange middle east version ( i live in egypt now ) so that really sucks !! aren't theie official figures in your user manual !
anyway thanx a lot and i'll definetely keep your figures in mind when shifting ! hehehe !
