A razor will usually do the trick, a detail razor mind you, not a shaving razor.

is there anything that you could spray on to make it easy ?

Just grab the edge with a razor/any sharp object and peel off the film (try to do it so that it comes off in 1 piece)

If this is your rear windscreen, then kiss the de-mister goodbye (something to consider before u actually go ahead and do it)

ZEP40 all purpose cleaner does a good job of starting it off right.

NH4 is ammonia. A little while ago I needed to get rid of my window tinting too. What I found to be the easiest way to do it is to use a steamer and a razor. The steamer really eats the glue. Much better than ammonia

Razor, then go over the residue with eucalyptus oil.

Dish soap and watter mixed in a spray bottle works very well. Its how I took all the 15% tint off my Nova in preparation for the 2% tint =)

A little Bacardi 151, some Jim Beam, and just a bit of Cap'n Morgan. When you're finished with that, grab a sledgehammer and get to work.

Try lighter fluid or they have this stuff called goo gone or something like that it pretty much disolves the adhesive and the plastic film so it peels right off.

At the sign shop where I work, we wet down the film with glass cleaner, peel it off, and then use more glass cleaner and steel wool (old school kind, not any new stuff, the kind that actually feels like wool) and it tkaes the glue right off, a hatchback window would talke liek half an hour not 4

I've always heard ammonia. So never use window cleaner with ammonia in it, on your tinted windows. Hope the back window doesn't have a defroster in it. If so, don't use a razor blade. Good luck.
