I am installing a set of Dropzone Adjustable Coilovers on my 88 Civic Sedan...I have taken everything off and am ready to put the new setup back on, but the top hat that goes on top of the spring is too thick and will not allow enough room for the strut screw to get back into the engine bay where i can catch it an tighten it down...Please help me my car is not drivabel and i really would like it back soon.....Any suggestoin and help topics please submit..

Thanks

thta's what you get for getting cheap coilovers. My suggestion is either send them back, or contact the retailer and have him sort things out.

NEVER GO CHEAP WHEN IT COMES TO SUSPENSION!!!!!!!

got same problem man. all i did was take the aluminum cap that came with the coilovers and tossed it. Make shure you have the rubber stock piece there and just put it in.

yeah the aluminum caps are really just for racing, cause a lot of noise for daily drivers, use your oem caps and you should be fine

Dropzones really do suck though. But, I bet they were cheaper than the rest ;)

My friend just dropped his 94 gsr on Dropzones a few months ago. They are horrible :nono: Some people just dont listen.

But, I guess its fine if all you want is a drop and dont care about feeling every single bump on the road.

[whispers] any new shocks yet? [whispers]
