newbie question

Hi I'm very very new with car but i've always loved the old old mustangs.
I am graduating from college this semester and i'm planning to buy a car. I really want a 1969 ford mustang as a daily driver. How much is it rebuild a engine and a manuel transmission. I don't know much about old cars. I was planning to get one off ebay and hopefully bring it into a shop for repairs. Do you think i can get everyone done with 25,000. If not how much would it cost?

well the amount u have put up would be about as much as would coast for what u are wanting to do

hey newb, with $25,000 you can do quite a bit. You can a) buy a car that's in good shape and not have to do anything to it or b) you can buy a project car for a few grand and then spend the rest fixing up the car however you like it. I personally would go for option B but it all depends on how much time you have to spend on it. I wish I had $25K when I got my car...
