94 Explorer tail light

I'm new to this whole car thing and I want to be able to fix my own car. My passenger side tail light goes in and out. And my blinker for this side isn't working. Is this a loose wire? If so how hard is it to fix? Hopefuly someone can give me some pointers, I really want to learn how to do this myself. Thanks so much!
