The End Is Ineviable...

Well for those who know me this is gonna be a sad thread. for those who dont...well just hear this sad story. The time has come for me to get rid of my civic. I have had it for about 4 years, put well over 15k into it and hundreds of man hours. I was recently given an offer on my car. A friend of mine owns a 99 Suzuki GSXR 600 that he wants to get rid of. He offered it to me in trade for my civic. Well me already having an everyday driver other than my civic, and that fact that i only drove my civic in the winter time gettign this bike is something that i have wanted for a while now. So come this friday i am trading my civic for the bike straight across.... "gone, but not forgotten"

hrmmm.... i would think you would want money + bike in the trade for your car.... doesnt seem like too fair of a trade unless the bike has like no miles on it. sad to see it go, but do what you want :)

I would trade you my FJ1100 and the pocket bike (lol) for your car easy trade.

thanks for the rememberance pics... yeah i'll still be part of the family, and i'll still even come to the get togethers at your place ami (if im still invited). Greg, i also forgot to mention he is giving be about $700 worth of gear. An Icon Jacket, Icon gloves, and an Icon Helmet. I was aking 6k for my car, and he wanted 4500 for his bike plus the 700 in gear so im only out 800 less than i wanted for my car.

Damn man hopefully you'll stick around the forums. I don't blame you though, I love bikes. My friend just stopped by on his dads 929rr and a few of my other friends have bikes, they are sweet machines. Weren't you trying to sell your car earlier this year at the meet in May? Good luck with the bike and hope to see u at a meet sometime.
