De-carbonize in a can???

Hi.
My old pick-up is starting to sound like a can of marbles( it has 80,000 miles) when I use regular gas. With each better grade of gas the detonation virtually disappears. What is your opinion of liquide carbon cleaners, and which would you reccommend? I`m assuming that nothing would match going to a "Mr. Lube" or similar and having a decarbon/injector cleaning done. Opinions?? Thks.
