and want to make it work with my car speakers, but dont know how to connect it to the speakers through rca plugs without using an amp.

I don't think those RCA-outs preamped, if that is the case, you'll need to run it through some sort of amp.

what exactly are you exchanging???
as far as i know, all in-dash lcd monitors need a separate brain to function. the chain is supposed to be lcd --> brain --> dvd/speakers/amp etc.
basically, everything is supposed to plug into the brain, including the speaker wiring harness.
at least that's from the lcd's i've seen.

correct me if i'm wrong but if you hook your speakers right into the pre amp out of the in dash lcd your not going to have enought watts to make the speakers audible, cuz thats the way it is on all of my dj equipment

hence the need for the brain module.
at least that's all i've ever been exposed to.
maybe this brand that he bought is somehow different?
