help...

after like 15 mins of driving around, sometimes its so hard to my into first gear. its like i have to use all my strength to put it into first. it doesnt do this all the time, but when it does it annoys the shit outta me. also 9/10 times my reverse gear will grind. any ideas what causes this? thanks

probably need to adjust your shift linkage. Helms (http://www.binghamtonlife.com/manual/2gsm/default.htm) tells you how.
