Sorry if i'm getting annoying with this stuff... After buying a new coolant fan sensor, and no change in my fan coming on, I went and bought a new relay aswell... Now the fan comes on... But not until almost red lining the therm. meter... I've read a couple other posts with "related" sounding stuff to this, And a couple people made it out to be somewhat normal ? Can anyone tell me if this "really" is normal ? Or how to fix it so my fan will come on before redline ? Please please please . Thanks all :) .

That's not normal. The engine overheats from 220-260 degrees. Usually wont cause damage in the short run but will if not fixed. At 260, the engine "red lines" and will blow if left there for any period of time. Not sure about the relay, is there a way to program it to activate earlier?

make sure you bled the system of air, as air in the cooling system will cause the car to overheat before the fans come on due to steam pocckets developing.
