Question about bracket installation and belt routing

My son has this 1980 Olds Delta 88 with a 307 motor. He recently intalled a new timing chain and forgot how the a/c bracket goes back on the engine. I do not know either because I did not take it off. Also the power steering pump pulley is not lining up with any of the other pulleys. What a mess. If you can help it would be appreciated. Thank you
