Jack up the front pull front wheels take sand paper sand the brake rotors front and back. Rotors in the back may be a little hard to sand with ever thing in place but just turn the rotor by hand and with a little time that may solve your problem. Also brake rotors may be warped causing the sound. Any vibration from the front end or do you fill it in the steering wheel braking not braking Etc????Any more info may help..

well lately its been kinda vibrating int he front when i'm going between 42-49 MPH and the vibrating is kinda loud. Also when we take some turns kinda tight we hear a clunk kind of noise, can't really describe it. Its only at like 39K miles so the drivetrain is still under warranty, we are thinkin about going to the dealer

Vibrating at 42-49? That's prolly your tire balance being off... there might be dirt or something on it... wash the tires off real good... or bring it to a tire shop and have the tire balance... it's about twenty bucks...

Or it could be your alignment, you can check by going on a straight road and let go of your steering wheel...

I've had my truck aligned three times already... frontier front alignment is pretty bad apparently...
