Attention Moderator

Why does this forum not have "stickys". Posts that are about common, well know issues with solutions, that are locked and always at the top of the forum.

For example, theres seems to be a common issue with the Alero and other models that share the motor in regards to highway stalling. Long story short, the dealer will tell you the $300 fuel pump needs to be replaced when in fact all you need is a new external sock strainer ($15). I was fortunate enough to get the right help here, but it took alot of searching.

Another "sticky" could cover the common posts asking how to fix the fan control switch. ( a very commomn issue)

Anywhoo....just a thought.....

Thanks to this site I saved $200! Unfort. the next day my power window regulator craped out, so I gave the saved $200 right back to the dealer. :(
