Coolant drain plug

Ok 93 sol Si, d16Z6, where is the coolant drain plug on the front of the block? Mr Haynes says there is one on the back near the oil filter, and one on the front, i cant find the one on the front. Thanks

yea my coolant is chunky and smells like dead rotting fish, regular maintinence my ass...i hate people
