transmision?

I have question it my be stupid but I have a 95 civic with a b16a, ls tranny and the tranny has no 3rd gear. I'm looking at a new one right now but i was wondering if anyone knows what will be better a LS or go for 99' SI tranny? I've heard the SI tranny will be better for the engine and I'll get more power out of it. Is that true?

Yes, shorter gearing. Not more power, just better use of the existing power. The GSR will work great too.

get the b16 trans over the others...except the ITR trans:D

shorter gearing will be better, you'll like it a lot more
