86 Rx-7?????

Hey, i was wondering. I just bought a 86 RX-7 GXL that was a auto. I found a manual transmittion from a generation 1 RX-7. So the question to all the experts out there are, think I can swap the tranmissions? Also, I'm replacing the Apex seals and I was wondering if anyone has any extras or knows a cheep place to get some?
