any auto retailer should offer struts for that car, unless it has electronic ride control, then those would be dealer only.

Are grand prix's supposed to be somewhat rough riding or would that mean a suspension problem?

Grand prixs tend to have a slightly rougher ride due to the more sporty nature of the car. My gtp has a stiff ride, stock. The gt and se probobly have different ride characteristes do to different struts

i found a website that offers OEM GM online catalogs 24-7. had the parts shipped to my home cheaper than buying from my local dealer. www.gm-car-parts.com

Sorry, but we all use the same strut 97/2003.The difference is in the springs and the size of sway bars.GT/GTP both use the same and S.E. is different.

That site is not that great,I tried 2 parts #s and it says not in data base.Ive found www.rockauto.com to be easy to use, nice drop down for year specific and locating parts. They stock AC-Delco or Standard. There is also www.gmpartsdirect.com if you have the part #s you need and they are cheaper but they nail you on S/H.
