2002 Celica Programing a Keyless Remote

Hello Everyone, I am looking for information on how to program a keyless remote for a 2002 Toyota Celica. The current one that I have works, but I would like to program an additional one for my wife.
The current one that works looks exactly like this and the numbers match..Same Fcc and Canada numbers as shown in this add.

I know it says it is for a Tundra but this is what I have currently for my 2002 Celica.
The Dealer wants $100.00 to program it, I figure, why pay that when it is something I can do myself, I just need to know how....
