91 Bonneville rear ABS sensor

My right rear wheel is making a clicking sound and I suspect the wheel sensor. I removed the wheel and drum and the noise is still there when you turn the axle. The bearing seems to be OK. Can the sensor be replaced? Thanks for your help.
