Vibration When Breaking Hard

Ive got a 94 grand am gt.
On the highway/interstate if i start to break from say 50-70mph i get a real bad shake in the steering wheel. Any ideas what would cause this?
Rotors, pads and rear drum shoes have been replaced in the last few months. Just replaced the front struts. (Those were replaced because I kept hearing a clanging noise when I hit bumps, which wasnt the problem-come to find out my engine mount had cracked/split and that fixed the clanging)
Could this be the tires as I know I need new ones, or possibly air in the break lines?

your new rotors are warped already happened to mine when i replaced them about a month. My problem was lazy piston in my calipers so they got a lil extra hot and warped. Im in alberta canada by the way and i drive a 2000 grand am se v6 it has 160,000 klicks 130,000 in the last 2 1/2 years. I love this car but i feel bad for puttin the miles on it.
