Looping idle

I recently purchased a 90 integra ls w/ 150 miles on it. I got new plugs, rotor dist. cap, wires. But the engine loops idles from 1000 to 1500 and even when it's driving in gear if I'm not accelerating it gerks back and forth because of the idle. It's a 5speed and the stick vibrates when I accelerate. Please help me out. Is it the Fuel line? Egr, Iac valve, Throttle pos. sensor? Thanx in Advance
