A few things on that list that are wrong.
Skunk2's current (this would be the "new" ones) coilovers have the following spring rates. I talked to Skunk2 on the phone last week and varified the rates.
92-00 Civics: 450lbs/inch front, 350 rear, Linear.
94-00 Integra: 550lbs/inch front, 450 rear, 7" inch springs front and rear, linear.
Also, I have H & R sports and they are supposed to be around 30% stiffer than stock. I am in the process of replacing them, and can tell you they are no 330/280 spring rate. I sit in the back and the damn thing compresses darn near 3/4-1", and I am 150lbs. This would put the rates for the 92-95 civics right about where 30% stiffer than stock is. Now the H & R RACE springs not listed, should be around 50-100% stiffer. The H & R OE springs have a very very mild drop and are only 10% stiffer max. The rates he listed as H & R OE are likely the H & R sport rates and the rates listed for H & R sport are likely the H & R Race spring rates. Still, general rule of thumb, sports are 30% stiffer than the stock rates, and race 50-100% stiffer.
As for Ground Control, I have called them several times in the last 3-4 weeks also. The have repeated told me they use Linear rate Eibach Race springs (this is what they claim). They also can go custom spring rates and custom spring lengths. The rates have to be in 25 lbs/inch incriments...350, 375, 400, 425, etc.
