DEFF must see, storyline is decent acting subpar, but there are points in the movie where anyone would get scared...I did, and I shit you not I've never been scared by a movie before...plus you get to see Sarah Michelle Gellar in the shower(doesn't show anything really but if you have a good imagination you're set) :naughty:

over all I give it 3/4

I'm probably getting dragged by my girlfriend but she went with me to see Team America: World Police. One of the funniest movies I have ever seen. If you like south park or family guy you will be crying, I was in tears the whole movie, thats how hard I was crying. Don't mean to steal ur thread just seems related.

I just got back from that...worst movie experience ever. Not because of the movie itself. There were about 78 15 year old girls screaming their heads off whenever they got startled which was about every 5 mins. Around my area they never have ushers in the theater and for this one they did to keep those little bitches quiet and to keep a fight from happening (long story there).
I do have to say it didn't really scare me, but it did startle me about 60 times.

Damn, it wasn't all that scary huh? Shit, I've been looking forward to it. Its been a long time since we had a scary movie come our way. Either way, once it hits the theatres out here I'm gonna check it out.

If Grudge doesn't cut the butter then I know what will; Saw. Man, if you haven't seen a preview yet nows your chance. Check out the link.

Saw the Grudge over the weekend the first scene kicked ass I never seen a movie start off with someone dying the first minute. Very similar to The Ring (Ringu) just hope they don't start making these types of movies like crazy.

The Grudge was the _worst_ movie I have ever, ever paid to see.. nothing was scary, it was fucking retarded.. I almost walked out half way because I was bored as shit. Good god, how could anyone pay for that.

Luckily I saw the "saw" last weekend, and I already knew the ending.. but you probably shouldn't ruin it for everyone else. :nono:

Sorry for bringign back an old thread, but i must say The Grudge has to be one of the shittiest movies i've seen. Only part that got me a little startled was the first attic scene because i didnt know wat to expect. Other then that the whole movie was stupid and shitty. I've been more scared with Freddy Kreugers then this...

Man I can't imagine how people don't get scared of the Grudge? It had two scary scenes before the opening credits even finished. It's by far the scariest movie iv ever seen. Maybe if you were in a crappy theatre where everyone was talking then it would suck. I'm the kind of person that really gets into movies so this movie scared the crap outta me, and apperently everyone else in the theatre too cuzz no one said a word walking out and it was a full house. If this movie didnt scare you then you should prob save your money and dont go watch any more scary movies because you probably wont like them either.
