Headliner color mismatch?

I have a 2003 Suburban. It has grey leather interior and a tan colored headliner. I can understand the headliner being tan had I ordered the tan interior but I ordered grey.
Chevrolet is telling me the normal headliner color is tan for a grey interior. However, the product brochure clearly shows a grey colored headliner with matching roof mounted controls and the parts catalog in the parts department also shows a grey headliner was available.
My immediate question is why on earth do they slap a tan colored headliner on it when it was ordered with a grey interior? When a tan interior is ordered it comes with a tan headliner so why does a grey interior also warrant a tan headliner?
Does anyone have any feedback on this or has anyone been wondering the same thing? I am tempted to take it back to the dealer and demand a color matching headliner to go with the grey interior. What do you think?
