What do I need to do to convert my rear brake drums to rear disc brakes? And please don't tell me to by an SRT-$ brake set-up......

You need to find a 95 or 96 sport, with rear disc of course. You need the proporsioning valves and all the rear disc components. I'm sure there are a few in your local boneyard.
