Remove either the exhaust manifold, or the fans from the radiator. The radiator should pull right out.

I cant get the fans out
I have pulled the top bolts out
I cant see any on the bottom
If they are where I cant see they are where I cant fit a wrench
this is gonna be a late night.......

the rad should pull straight up. unbolt the fans and pull up on the rad. or take off the exhaust manifold first to get more room

wow.... learn from my experiance.... change everything (timing belt, water pump, gaskets etc etc...) BEFORE putting it in, it is SO much easier, and make sure its 100% built and ready and everthings bolted on RIGHT before it goes in or else u will have problems. if it was me, i'd make sure the engine was built first before i started pulling the old one out. and have it in my garage for another week double checking things before it went in. because my eacv came loose 4 days after driving the car and it worried me cuz i thought the motor was fucked

to get the fans out there are only a few bolts from what i remember and then just unplug them and u should be able to pull out the radiator (the only part i had trouble with was unplugging the fans (which my friend had to do for me) when i replaced my radiator, its a simple thing. U did drain it and take off the hoses right?

Um take the lower hose off where it connects to the block. And the eacv is located on the intake manifold.
