New Carpet

I'm planning on changing out the stock carpet interior on my civic. The color is faded and there's plenty of stains from the last owner. Just nasty! Anywho, the color is gray. The interior of the car is dark and light grey, pretty much an SI interior stock. I'm planning on adding light under the footwells soon. Should i get a black carpet? Or stick with a dark grey? And which color will make the neon stand out at night time? Like, if i have a black carpet will it absorb most of the light so it won't even be noticeable? : P

Also, I've searched on the forums about good places to find carpet, etc. It doesn't seem like too hard of a process to install the molded carpet. Is it difficult? I hope not because 2 custom shops have quoted me $100 and $150 to install the stuff (that's how much the carpet is worth!)

Thanks for your input :)

The two colors won't make a huge difference, but I say go with gray cause black just makes the dirt show up easier. Grey would reflect the light a little better too.

its a yuppie term

carpet is easy install, just have to take everything out. Go with the dark grey, I put black carpet in one of my cars one time and never could keep it clean.
