Loose Stiching On Conv Top @ Window

The Stitching has broken loose around the bottom of my top window. Any one have any fixes for this? Upholstery people want me to remove the top ...... Isn't there some other way?

Help???

You can hand sew it while the top is in place. It just takes a lot of patience.
