But Kid it true.

Invest in some good quality mods. I know my car is fast but I am still staying off the track until my car is mod complete. Take out that small chip and throw it in the trash its not really doing anything for you. I had one and thats where mine went!!!!!!!!

Well he says his friend has a GT, but what does he have? If he has a GTP, then he has something to worry about. Mods are always based on MONEY. If he doesn't have it, he can't do it. I've talked with a lot of people on this site that know what they want to do, but have to save to do it. Family comes first.
But if he has a GT, then a K&N filter and a "chip" are not going to give you enough to make a that big of a change. His friend could have a freek.
My GTP wasn't fast for a GTP. But it is now. And the GTX is getting there. If I don't end up in the poor house first.

Judging by your pictures if that's your house in the background, you're not too far off. I bet your house is completely barren too with no furniture, and you probably use pictures of your cars as wallpaper.

hehe just teasing cause i'm jealous

I don't have that trouble. Money has never been the thing. It's the wife. She's Scottish and Irish. I handed her $4,000.00 one afternoon. That night I forgot to keep out money for the next day. Thought I was going to have to shoot her to get some back.
I buy any cars I like. And she doesn't say a word. If I want to buy a set of plugs, I get "didn't you just buy a set 3 months ago". But I learned. Earn and hide. It works. But when the kids where small, damn I know what you mean.

Thats the only way to do it once you get married  Ive been lucky, since she dosent seem to say much when I do buy mods for the car.But I still have my own stash

Now there's a married man. You know, I found it easier to buy a car done, then it is to build it. My Wife doesn't say too much. But don't add anything.
Larry, I still want your car.

My wifes kinda gullible. I just tell her that we need it to keep the car running tip top. But my two girls always come first. I think I need a second "car fund" job!

blurr,
I always like; "Women you can't live with them and you can't live with them".
My Son just traded his Hemi pickup for a Dodge mini van. I would have traded the wife and kid. Well he could have gave me my Grandson.
