95 Dodge Ram Stalls sometimes in Reverse when Cold

My best friend has a 95 Dodge Ram with a 318 and sometimes in the morning when his truck is cold when he puts it in reverse it will stall one time. Then it will restart fine and be fine all day. We cleaned the IACS on the back of the Throtle Body but it did not help. Does anyone have any other ideas for us? I'm handy with stuff and can probably fix it if I know what is causing it.
