blend door???

I was wondering if someone could tell me where the " blend door" for my heater is located? I think it's stuck close and i need to unstick it, any ideas how to do that, thanks.

the blend door is under the plastic cowling between the hood and the windshield on the outside of the car. It is white and is on the pass side over the blower motor..
