on my 1988 735i the OBC turns on sometimes and most of the time its off,then i have to put in the time and date again,again ,and again if any1 can help me just email or pm me @ anytime thanx, 7`s Kick ASS

Does the radio also loose memory ? ? Any other info? ? ?

nope,nothing else loses memory only the OBC

wickedmind2000 [].....if fuse F20 is okay [ you've actually replaced it] and still have the problem and the OBC is securely locked into it's plug by the control console lock, the problem must indeed be the OBC itself though,for this symptom, it'd be unusual. F20 is also "key off" B+ for several other consumers, not just memory power supply. Hope this helped.

One more note, as you can see from "KC Ron Carter"'s post for your radio, F20 does not power radio memory on E32's as it does on other models. The radio uses F21.
