whats up with the sloppy handling, does it improve as you win performance upgrades. the game would be bad ass if it was more like need for speed hot pursuit 2, anyone here got any tips or advise

the game was just not that well thought out, dont wanna be harsh but the game is a waste of money because of few levels and few cars

i got it from eb games for 9.99. it looked cool on the case.
