V6 belts

I have an 03 Highlander with a V6. It is due to have it's belts changed and i want to do it myself. I have changed belts on several other cars and am familiar with the process. The belts in the Highlander look like they are difficult to access. Can anyone give me any tips for changing the belts? The AC belt doesn't look to bad, but the PS belt looks tough. Can I take out the fender liner to get more room?
