How many miles are on the car? No brake wear is usually not covered by warranty unless its due to defective parts. When was the last time a maintenance service was performed? During a routine service the brakes get inspected, cleaned, lubed, & adjusted* this helps prolong the life of the pads & rotors.
Mostly likely will need the rotors resurfaced & new pads, I HIGHLY suggest using Honda brake pads. Even if you go for the Midas $50 special, go to honda and get the pads.
For the noise, can say without hearing it.

If the brakes squeek that could be anything, most likely the gasket on the brake pad in contact w/ the caliper on front. The pulsation or rattling in the front could be a warped rotor. Do you drive the car hard and stop fast (racing) :naughty: To get that problem fixed, provided it is a warped rotor, wouldn't take long or cost much. A brake shop can throw it on a brake lathe and grind off 6 thousandths of an inch and have you back on the street in less than an hour.
