what valaves use

im gettin ready to get some skunk 2 stage 2 cams and a new valve train. What type of valves should i use?? High Compression, Low compression?? what size...it says not to use oversized valves but i dunno. What type of springs should i use..the same company as the cams and valves, or should i get titanium springs. Also im not to smart with cam gears, so how do u know what to tune ur cam gears and how many degrees to set it to and stuff. Anything will help, thanks
