I just bought a 1994 Stealth (base) I drove it from Columbus to Troy NY without any problem. Since then the engine frequently stalls immidiately after starting. I have done the following so far:
1. Changed plugs, wires, distributer and rotor (I didnt know when were they last changed so I changed them)
2. Changed Battery
3. Checked CHarging system with the voltmeter test
4. Put the fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank a couple of times.
I am still having the problem. Any clues? How shd I start diagnosing? I read a post where someone said idle speed sensor can be the reason. How can that be tested?
Thank you

Try cleaning out your Throttle body and idle controll valve. Do a search in this forum, I wrote up a nice little how too.

The problem is the firing order. check the firing order. This happened to me awhile ago. I changed my spark plugs and put the wires back on in the wrong order. The engine would start for like three seconds then just stall. This can be fixed easily, just make sure that the spark plug wires match up. If you have anymore questions about it then just post. You can also try reseting the ECU.

Check you idle controll valve/screw. Heres a pic of what it looks like when its gone. On my 95 base its gone. But that my sisters car now.

Try what thourun said. It is most like your IAC. S4fanatic it is damn near impossible to mess up the firing order on SOHC's, so that probably out the window. Besides it ran fine till he got home, changing plugs and wires is one thing he did to try to cure it. And whatever you do dont mess with screw dsm97gsx posted. That is the SAS screw and it set from the factory. Mine was adjusted and it screwed with the cars fast idle and made it hesitate. It took a LONG time of searching and actually someone having the same issues who found a cure for me to get mine back into spec.
