95 Heater Problems

I have a 95 Aurora that is not delivering any heat or defrost. The A/C works OK during the sumer and the fan operates fine. I recently changed my thermostat and the car constistently operates around 205 degrees.

Any thoughts on how to tackle this issue? Should I try flushing the heater core? If so, what is the best method and access ?
