foglights

i have a 99 4runner, and i just got H4 "xenon" lights (i put xenon in quotes, because i got them off of ebay for about 5 dollars so who knows whats in them, regardess, they're of a blueish tint) how do i take out my fog light blubs and replace them with blueish tint ones, and where could I find those blubs.

I have a 99 4runner but haven't taken a look at the fog lights as of yet. I would imagine the Chiltons book would cover the installation.

after you install those lights, break them in first, I bought the same lights from ebay for my headlights. if you use them alot when you first get them, they will blow, but the color and brightness is very good, for 5 bucks. Remember, don't touch the bulb with your fingers. I ended up getting new ones for free and they have been working for 3 months and counting.
