Funny story, lets just say I was driving down the road while it was raining and I somehow managed to rip my glass front bumper off and wedge it under my car. I got it out, so lets leave that alone..
On to my problem:
When Im driving with my cd player playing (havnt tried without it) my headlights will dim and my cd player will cut out, then come immediatly back on about every 30 seconds or so. Is that a problem with the alternator? Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Just took my car for a spin, and all was fine. Maybe water got onto something that it wasnt supposed to? Is that a possibility?

make sure that your dimmer line from the car is not connected to power of your stereo. the dimmer will try to run your stereo and will draw everything else down. some newer gm cars have rundown protection that will sense the overdraw and shut it off then turn it back on after a few moments.
