digital dash switch-out

I have a 91 S-10 Blazer with a digital dash (all the rage a decade ago) and it's starting to show its age (the oil pressure gauge flickers and is not accurate) how difficult (or possible) is it to replace the cheesy digital dash with a stock analog one?

Also does anyone know about the compatibiliy of replacing my grille and headlamp assembly with a newer model like a 93 (before the major body change)???

the grille on the 93 will work i put a 94 on my 91 but the dash i dont know but i do know my front end is a 89 fenders 89 hood 92 bumper 94 grille but just keep the lights you have it looks all good for me

go on ebay and get the computer swap out part.
