Driver power seat is awful

Does anyone know where (if?) you can find a manual seat for the driver side of a g35 sedan?
I've had this car for a year and like everything except the seat. The controls are in the seat and catch me in the thigh. After about 45 minutes my foot starts to fall asleep.
I'm considering and aftermarket seat but would prefer to get an infiniti one that would match the interior.
Anyone else have this issue? Other suggestions?

There is a TSB to remove the plastic support plate from the power seat switch bracket and install a urethane foam pad behind the switch bracket.

Can't hurt to try!

Thanks for the response. Since I posted this message I took apart the seat, removed the bracket, moved the power controls, cut away the foam bolstering and put in new foam cut to fit.
My conclusion is that this is the only way to truly solve the problem.
I also put more foam under the seat bottom which seemed to help.
What a disaster of a design for Infiniti...

I like the Seat controls. You may just have a large behind. No offense.
Try buying a Saab where all the power window controls are in the center consol. You would love the Infiniti seats after that. I like the seats because you dont need to stick your hand down in the side.
Another note. About 90% of the people that buy them, like them. The 10% that dont, usually have big behinds that get in the way. Because i saw a lady at the dealer ship, and she had a LARGE behind. She sat down in a G35 and said Imidiatly, "I dont like where the controls are." So ya see it. Ya ever try to sell your car, you are gonna have a big stitch where the controls used to be, its gonna loose intrest, and its gonna look like crap.
My two cents.
Again, no offese, but that was stupid.

That seems to me to be an obnoxious response!
For your information, I'm 6'3", weigh about 200lbs, and have less than 10% body fat. I do not have a 'big behind'. All I can tell you is that I had severe pain in my leg before - after my modifications, I don't.
I commute 3 hours a day so maybe that had something to do with it - I had the car for a year before I started commuting and didn't experience the problem during that first year. Only after I started commuting did I start noticing the (at times excruciating) pain.
I've had a Saab in the past and don't understand what you are talking about with respect to the seat controls. I liked the Saab ergonomics better than the Infiniti (at least with respect to the seat controls.)
Your point is valid with respect to potential problems with trading in the car in the future. However, given that the car is only worth about $21k right now on trade I didn't think it was a big deal. Before I did the seat modification, I investigated trading in the car for something else and determined this was a better way to go. I really like the car and plan on keeping it for at least 100,000 miles now that I can sit in it comfortably. In addition, in the future, I can always buy an Infiniti seat from a junkyard if this became a serious issue.
I also would tend to agree with you that 90% of the owners don't have the problem. Otherwise, I'm sure Infiniti would have changed the design sooner. However, clearly some of us are having the problem and if you are one of the unlucky ones it really is awful.
Also, I'm engineer, and in my opinion, it's a stupid design to have a bracket sticking up anywhere in the seating area.

Well sorry. Alot of people like where it is located because you dont need to stick your down down in the side by the door.
Saab designs are horrible because if your a lady, and you set your purse down, the windows go up and down.
I looked at my dad who is the same size as you, and the seat controls still had an inch, or a half inch, between them and my dads legs.
