'95 Door locks making NOISE!!!??

Does anybody else have this problem?
I have two '95 accord LX's and in both of them the locks WORK fine but when they are in the act of locking they (maybe it is not all of the doors, but it sounds like it) make this really loud grinding noise.

They still lock and unlock fine but they make that noise... anybody know a cheaper route to fix this problem?... other than buy all new motors and stuff?

I would remove the door panels first and see if the motor gears or any part of the system is rubbing.
