Ceramic car heater suggestion

Winter is just upon us, and my heater core on my accord is dwindling, and I don't have the money to fix it for the winter.

Does anyone has any good car heater that they've used and recommend it? I've looked all over and most of them are 250w, is there a manufacture that make one with more than 250w??
