whistle out the exhaust?

Just curious if anyone out there with a 97-99 eclipse Gs has had any type of whistling out of there exhaust under heavy acceleration. Cuz my girlfriend has a 99 Eclipse Gs and her's makes that noise when she gets on the gas every time. If anyone has any answers i would appreciate it.

Maybe it has one of those fake turbo things. Pretty gay if you ask me... if thats what it is... take it off and save her the embarassment.
