auto tranny...

can someone pleaseee give me help or ideas....b/c every once in a while my transmission shifts hard or dropping gears too...and also to mention now when i put in reverse or D4 its yanks reallie hard...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!:(

yes, it was too full, and i took out a bottle full(bottled drinking water) it runs smoother now, much smoother, but when it still jerks sometimes in a bit, but i am goin to wait til tomorrow morning to see wats up, b/c i only got to test it when the has been driven, i'll notify you tomorrow..thanks sooo much man.!
