I have this thing that I just found in my front trunk. It has 2 monting brackets and it looks like a bug deflector. It has metal clips on it. I haven't the foggiest idea what it is.

it's the wind deflector for when you take out your sunroof....those clips go into the sunroof slots and greatly reduce wind noise. BTW....since you didn't know what that was, you probably also didn't know that your sunroof....when removed...goes under the front hood. There are 2 rubber bumpers towards the front of the car that the front clips of the sunroof go under. then a square hole, in that same bracket that holds the wind deflector that we're talking about, which holds the sunroof handle. There should also be 2 rubber bumpers on the underside of the hood which hold the sunroof down when closed.

Are you fuckin jokin, I didn't know that. I've been putting the sunroof in the rear trunk. That's crazy, thanks.
