But I will be going... gotta be reppin the upper east coast especially since my car should be "done" for SBN and after that comes all the really fun stuff to get it back into "work process" like the swap and custom interior and a second round of custom audio setup and... well were not gonna go there cause its just gonna ruin the surprise now wont it? :devil:

Just want to let anyone know that is going to carlisle...if you have illegal stuff on your car, you will get pulled over. In town the cops are dicks. Illegal window...expect a fine, euro lights that dont have the dot stamp on them, expect a fine....plane and simple if your stuff is illegal, prepare to deal with the cops. Other than that the car show is gonna be a blast. They cant catch everyone....

Okay i got burned outta my rims.... SO my plans are falling apart...
some guy from cali took tha $$ & never sent me anything... -- so now i have to asseble tha kit-- & just let it site around till i can get tha $$ to get new rims again... whateva -- peace

my friend has been there for the past couple years and he said that the cops dont really bother you a whole lot unless you are racing then they will mess w/you

I have only heard horror stories like what whtcivic was saying... My friend w/a killer Focus said that window tinting, lights, neons, even audio is all under intense scrutiny... :( But I am gonna be fine since I'm mostly stock anyway.

yeah...i forgot to mention about the stereo systems...they are also big on that. Also anyone else going york at all, they are being real hard on everyone down there about cruising on the circuit. They actually put up a sign saying no cruising. I think they have the same thing in carlisle. The cops have changed there attitudes in the last months in carlisle and york, along with alot of other cities...

tangie i thought you werent going? its good you decided to, you'll love it, trust me. well anyways i'll be there. just look for the extremely mild lude parked with all the crazy ones since they didnt make a mild catagory for ludes this year. i'll be reppin AF with an extremely mild AF.com sticker. anyone whos going from pittsburgh should meet up with us. i dont know if the people from akron are going to meet up again but last year they did and we drove up with a poopload of cars, souple r's, couple turbo cars, couple wild ass show cars. its gonna be a blast, and even if your not show worthy i suggest showing cause admission and a dope ass parking spot make it worth it.

Does anyone know if there's vendors at this show? Specifically for engines and transmissions? I want a B16A1 w/LSD but hate buying an engine sight unseen.
That would be perfect if so.. save on shipping, and be able to go over it in person before buying it.
